Studio Service
Q1. Can I record or Live Streaming using iContect Studio Service?
A1. Both Video recording and Streaming (Zoom, Youtube, Teams, etc.) are all possible.
Q2. Can I use it without a YouTube or Zoom account?
A2. Yes, you can use the Wise Up account. (additional cost)
Q3. What should presenters prepare?
A3. Please send us an email with the materials to be used for presentation at least 3 business days prior to the event.
Q4. Is there a professional staff to support during the presentation?
A4. We help you the basic preparation. The customer can choose either to operate by him/herself or to have our supports. (If you wish to operate it yourself, we will inform you in advance.)
Q5. Does the presenter need to come to the studio?
A5. To visit WiseUp studio is not mandatory. However, in this case the camera rehearsal is a must and presentation materials should be reviewed.
Travel Service
Q1. If I want a business trip, can I use the same service as the studio?
A1. Yes. Both recording and Live Steaming (Zoom, Youtube, Teams, etc.) are possible.
Q2. Can I use it without a YouTube or Zoom account?
A2. Yes, you can use the Wise Up account. (additional cost)
Q3. How much space do you need?
A3. A space as large as a conference room table for 4 people can be used to set equipment. However, the amount of space required for camera configuration may vary depending on the event.
Q4. What type of event is primarily in use?
A4. Online/offline lectures, conferences, medical live surgeries, etc.
Q5. Is it only available for online events?
A5. It can be used in all types of events; online / offline / online & offline (Hybrid).
Rental Service
Q1. How much space do you need to build a studio?
A1. A minimum size of 2.5m x 2.5m is sufficient. It may vary depends on the camera scope.
Q2. What products are available for rental?
A2. It is a PC equipment with Wise Up’s Virtual Reality Presentation SW installed.
Accessories such as cameras and monitors are provided by purchase only.
Q3. How long is the rental period?
A3. Basically, it is in between 6 months to 3 years.
Short-term rental of less than 6 months is also possible under the condition of purchase.
Q4. Can I switch to purchase after the rental ends?
A4. Yes. If you switch to purchase during the rental period or after the end of the rental, 60% of the rental fee payment is considered as the amount already paid, and you only need to pay the rest.
Q5. Is it difficult to operate?
A5. It has already been proven by many customers that the easy of use.
We also provide 2 sessions of trainings on equipment installation.
Sales Service
Q1. How much space do you need to build a studio?

A2. All products for studio building are available for purchase.
Accessories you already have, such as cameras or monitors, you can use it after checking the compatibility with Wise Up equipment.
Q3. Is it possible to purchase and install only SW on the existing PC?
A3. Yes, as long as the PC spec meets the required specifications. In this case, the compatibility test is required.
Q4. Can I switch to purchase after the rental ends?
A4. Yes. If you switch to purchase during the rental period or after the end of the rental, 60% of the rental fee payment is considered as the amount already paid, and you only need to pay the rest.
